Update/Confirm Contact Information for HOYAlert

HOYAlert is Georgetown University’s emergency notification system. All students, faculty and staff will receive HOYAlerts at their Georgetown University email address and at any cell phone numbers that the University has on file. You do not need to opt in for HOYAlerts for your primary campus; however, if you would like to opt in to receive HOYAlerts for additional locations (e.g., opt in for the Capitol Campus if you are based on the Hilltop Campus), you can do so in GU360. LiveSafe is a public safety app that allows you to communicate, via text, in real-time with the Georgetown University Police Department (GUPD) and the Capitol Campus Department of Public Safety (DPS) via text. Video, photos and audio can be sent with your message. Sign up for LiveSafe.
